FOR A BETTER SERVICE:

  • Please provide us with an accurate delivery address.
  • Please give us a correct contact number in case we need to reach you.
  • We will always contact you before delivering, if you are not available at the time agreed, you will need to collect the order yourself from one of our outlets or a delivery charge might apply.

SAME DAY PICK UP:

  • Please note that if you need same day pick up, place your order before 1pm and contact the outlet you would like to pick up form before.

 PICK UP FROM OUR OUTLETS:

  • Once order is available to be collected, one of our sales team will contact you. 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

  • Please note if you need next day delivery you may contact one of our outlets before 1pm.
  • Please note that this may not be possible in high seasons, although we will do our utmost to suit your needs.

 

DELIVERY TO MALTA:

  • Free delivery to all locations in Malta on orders over €40.00
  • Orders may take up to 2-3 working days.
  • A delivery charge (varies according to locality) will apply to orders below €40.00 If applicable, the delivery charge will be added to the bill after you enter your address and prior to you making the payment and finalizing your order.

 

DELIVERY TO GOZO:

  • Free delivery to all locations in Gozo on orders over €50.00
  • Please note that for technical reasons, we cannot deliver inflated balloons to Gozo. For this reason, any orders for inflated balloons to Gozo will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Deliveries may take up to 3-5 working days.
  • A delivery charge of €10 applies to all localities in Gozo for orders below €50.00

 

Exchange Policy 

If you wish to return or exchange any products received you can do so within 14 days from date received at one of our outlets. Proof of purchase must be presented and items must be returned unopened and in perfect re-sellable condition.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.

If item returned doesn’t fall under our return policy, we reserve the right not to change or accept returns.

Due to health and hygiene reasons the following products are not exchangeable:

  • Hats
  • Wigs
  • Hosiery
  • Contact lenses
  • Make-up
  • Hairspray
  • Latex balloons
  • Confectionary items
